Mashrafe Bin Mortaza - An inspirational Leader for Bangladesh

In 2014, Bangladesh was in worst situation ever in their cricketing history. They were defeated by almost every team in the world. They managed to play some close game but could not finish the game. Sri Lanka tour of Bangladesh, Another disappointing series for Bangladesh Cricket Team. Tigers were able to play some very close match especially in t20. Unfortunately, two close game was finished at the last ball of the game.

Bangladesh's misery continues throughout the year. It was more evident when tigers could not able to chase down over a 100 runs against India. Stuart Binny took six wickets just for four runs. That was his career best performances.

After this disappointing series, Bangladesh Cricket Board took some bold decision. Appointing of new captain was one of them. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza was the senior player and he was rightly picked up by the board. But he was not just a senior player. He is an true inspirational leader. The way he backed up the youngsters are phenomenal. He transformed a team from under performing team to a very competitive team.

Tigers transformation starts from Zimbabwe tour of Bangladesh. Bangladesh Cricket team performed well in the world cup. For the first time, Bangladesh reached in the quarter-final. After world cup, Bangladesh was a different team. Their domination starts from Pakistan series. It continues to series against India Cricket team and South African Cricket Team. It was a team effort But whole team work was coordinated by Mashrafe Bin Mortaza. We are looking forward to see more magic from Mashrafe Bin Mortaza. 

Aaqib Javed not interested for Bangladesh Bowling Coach

Aaqib Javed is a former Pakistani medium fast bowler. He made his test debut at the age of 16. Though he was not regular in Test, He was regular in ODI format. Some says that he made his international career at the wrong time when Waqar and Wasim dominated the world cricket. He was Immensely talented cricketer.

Recently He completed four years as a coach of UAE national team. Just few days back he got a new job at Lahor Qalanders as Director of Cricket operations.

On the Hand, Heath Streak was a very successful bowling coach for Bangladesh for long time. Now he do not want to renew with contract with BCB. After Heath Streak era, BCB is looking for new bowling coach and contacted Aaqib Javed.

As Aaqib is just recently joined in a new rule, he decline the BCB offer. As there is no choice, BCB have to google for new coach.

Who is best ? Mustafiz or Virat Kohli ?

Mustafiz is the new sensation of world cricket. Till now he performed very well in all three format of the game especially shorter version of the game. Time will tell how much he can perform other format. Recently he successfully completed his first IPL appearances. He took 17 Wickets. So far he is pretty successful. Moreover, He bowled the critical some of the last overs and he performed superbly.

On the other hand, Virat Kohli arguably the best batsman in T20. His fans named him KING KOHLI and he is playing like a true king. His aggression, Passion for cricket is a beautiful thing. The way he is carrying his form, he may broke may records. In this IPL, He was in form of his life. He scored 973 runs in 16 matches. Yes you heard it right 973 runs.

It is unfair to compare between this two geniuses. Virat kohli is already establish in cricketing world. He was a team member of winning team in 2011. He played crucial rule in the final. On the other hand, Mustafiz is very new to this world of stardom. Though He is performing like a champ, Time will say how much he can carry his forms and tricks to baffle world best batsman.

In IPL, Kohli faces Mustafizur very well. In the final Kohli was able to hit boundary and over boundary of consecutive two bowls. It seems Kohli reads Mustafiz very well. On the Other hand, Mustafiz was able to pick of Virat Kohli's wicket one time. He was able to make some trouble to Kohli.

To my mind, Till now encounter between Mustafiz and Kohli is a tie. Time will determine who will take over one another.
